This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 4th day of September, 1941, in accordance with request made by the mother - Mrs. [1102], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 11:10 to 11:15 A. M. Eastern Daylight Savings Time. …, Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body, [1521].

3. As we find, in the main the body is developing very well.

4. There needs be those considerations for more of the foods carrying the Vitamins B and D, rather than these taken separately.

5. We find that these would be obtained in the correct proportions, at least two to three times each week, of calves’ liver, carrots - grated, or carrot juice, carrot salad or the like; also yellow peaches, yellow squash and the like. The bony pieces of chicken, that is cooked very, VERY well done - and dumplings made in same of whole wheat, or B-1 re-enforced flour; these, as forms or manners of obtaining such, would be well for the body.

6. Until about February, we would leave off the Atomidine.

7. In the middle of November we would begin with ADIRON. This adds Vitamin D, as well as all of the vitamins in Cod-Liver Oil and iron - and will be easily assimilated.

8. Do these as we find for this body.

10. (Q) What is causing excessive growth of hair over entire body, particularly in back of neck and across shoulders, and what can be done to correct it? (especially noticeable for last six months) (A) This is a natural development, if we indicate the conditions of the body and its meeting itself. But these will not become unsightly if there is kept the normal balance in especially the B and D vitamins in the foods for the body.

11. (Q) Any suggestions to help increase or make eliminations more normal? (A) The changing in the diet, with fruits and vegetables of the form and prepared in the manner indicated, will aid in this direction. This is much preferable to taking or giving laxatives, or eliminants. But the fresh vegetables, or if there is the desire to use especially kraut juices, would be well - even though there’s a small quantity taken once or twice a day.

12. (Q) What local treatment would you advise for the eye infection? (A) None better than the mild antiseptic wash that is ordinarily used for such - boracic acid. Have it warm, not cold. Learn - teach the body to use the eyecup, and it will be much easier for the body.

13. (Q) Was this caused by the sand? (A) Caused by sand and irritation.

14. (Q) Any further advice regarding this body? (A) Do these things, and keep the body in that frame of mind of cheerfulness, ever.
