1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes.

3. The conditions that cause the greater anxiety in the body here, of Mrs. [1553], are - as has been indicated - the poor eliminations. And there needs to be more precautions and more of a PROPER activity through the colonic irrigations.

4. If there is the continued disturbance in enabling the body to have the better eliminations, we would use Soda Packs (baking soda) over the abdomen. These would be prepared, for this body, in this manner: Dampen a large cloth or towel (to cover the whole area), in body-temperature water, and then put the baking soda over same - at least a quarter inch thick. Then put a cloth or towel folded over this. This would be applied direct to the abdomen, you see - the soda side next to the body, of course.

5. Then if this does not make for the activity desired, use the tartaric acid pack - in the same way and manner. But when this is used, be mindful that there are precautions as to the manner of the eliminations, - that is, there will not be as much CONTROL of same, or the body indicating the desire for eliminations, see? But these will not be injurious, if properly handled.

6. A gentle massage after the use of same, for twenty to thirty minutes, with Olive Oil or Cocoa Butter, is well.

7. If this would be done once a day for two to three days, we should have better control.
