Time of Reading 3:40 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, N.Y. (Check Physical - taking into consideration the circumstances and conditions surrounding this body)
-
EC: Yes, we have the body, [172]. This we have had before.
-
Now, for those existent conditions, as has been described, these would BETTER respond under those treatments as may be administered by one wholly in sympathy with that being attempted through these sources. Under existent conditions these may aid, will the conditions be PROPERLY administered.
-
First, it will become necessary to assist in correcting of those conditions existent in the coccyx region and in the sacral and lower lumbar. These will of necessity require a little time, and patience, and persistence. Necessary that the portions of system be thoroughly relaxed, PREFERABLY by the application of wet heat, or wet packs, and gradually the end of coccyx, OSTEOPATHICALLY, brought back into proper alignment. The relief from the strain will bring relief to other conditions in the system. This change will necessitate the greater activity in portions of the eliminating system. To assist or aid this we would take small quantities of those properties in oil - olive oil, but with each dose of olive oil taken add a small pinch of salt - plain table salt, preferably that of the iodized salt, and a drop of the extracts that aid in digestion, such as is found in lactated pepsin - one drop to each teaspoonful that is taken. Well that this be taken twice each day.
-
The diet should be - none of whole bread other than whole wheat. No white bread. No potatoes of any character. Vegetables may be taken. Small quantities of beef or of mutton, but rather those of vegetables than of meats. If meats taken, those in the JUICES of same - or those OF the juices of same WITH vegetables may be used. Well that considerable amount of citrus fruits be used, and nut fats. THESE are the better.
-
Do THAT, and we will find we will bring assistance. Many changes should be brought about for the body. These should be changed from time to time. That’s WHY it has been GIVEN that these might be more effective where it has been given for same. The manipulations should be given every other day. The ADJUSTMENTS should not be attempted more than once each week, but do not attempt adjustments without thoroughly relaxing the body just beforehand. Ready for questions. We are through for the present.
