This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this Wednesday, the 15th day of April, 1925, in accordance with request made by her brother, through Mr. Ernest Gross.

1. EC: Now we find conditions quite exaggerated in the body at the present time, and these have to do with conditions that have become of serious nature to the physical forces in the body. That which should be accorded the body at the present time, for the better conditions of the body, should be done at once, for the condition has to do with the blood supply, the action of same in system, the destruction of red blood cells [Acute Myocarditis] by anemia, and of a malignant form, [Hodgkin’s disease] and the heart’s action also with the cell force in the lung proper and throat, with the condition as exists.

2. There should be given at this time, first the air that the body inhales should be ladened with Eucalyptol and Creosote, equal parts in water boiling, and the fumes from same in the air the body breathes.

3. There should be given immediately to the body inhalations from brandy (apply brandy), or from pure grain alcohol.

4. There should be given as medicinal properties, this as a dose:

Eucalyptol…1 minim, Benzosol…2 minims, Oil of White Pine…1 minim, Heroin…1/60 grain.

5. These should be confined in capsules and given to the body one every four hours, until relief is given, for this will act directly with the heart’s forces, the digestion, the blood supply and respiratory system.

6. When the body has gained a better equilibrium from this, we would give from here that to be accorded the system.

7. Stimulus, when this assists in gaining, should be of mild form of spirits frumenti, with egg cooked by same, until we gain a better equilibrium.

8. Do that at once.

9. We are through for the present.
