This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 4th day of May, 1939, in accordance with request made by the sister - Mrs. [2268], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc., sponsored by Mr. David E. Kahn.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]

Ward 76, Manhattan Time of Reading State Hosp., 11:10 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Ward’s Island, N.Y.

  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

  3. Ready for questions.

  4. (Q) Would it be a reasonable thing for the sister to take charge of this case, if it is possible to get her out of the hospital? (A) The sister of the body should take charge of the case. As we find, it would be better in this manner:

First, there should be a sympathetic physician who would assume responsibility, - still under the New York State laws, - hence the sister in charge of the patient at some home on Long Island, for sufficient period - thirty days - to indicate that there would be those improvements throughout, yet able to report to the hospital authorities during that whole period.

THEN, if so desired, remove same to other climes until there is the full recuperation of the bodily influences and forces, - such as at Virginia Beach for a period of two to three months.

The body then should be able, physically and mentally, to return to regular activities.

Only remove the body from the hospital, then, under the supervision of a sympathetic physician, BUT IN CHARGE of the SISTER, IN the environs NOT at home, but on Long Island somewhere.

Do that.
