This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 9th day of May, 1939, in accordance with request made by the sister - Mrs. [760], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]

Time of Reading At home, 4:25 to 4:30 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Ky.

  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which may be submitted, as I ask them:

  2. EC: Yes.

  3. As we find, conditions continue to be rather inclined to be quandary - as it might be said; that is, there are periods when the pulsation and the blood supply is a great deal better. Then there are periods when the blood pressure and the heart’s activity tends to fill to where there is a great deal of distress and disturbance.

  4. It is necessary to keep the eliminations well, of course, - even a bit above normal.

  5. Keep up those suggestions that have been indicated, but under the direction of a physician that would judge as to quantity and dosage according to the variations as are shown.

  6. Beware of fats or greases that cause pressure upon the whole of the respiratory system, or to shorten the breath by too much sweets. But an evenly balanced diet is the better.

  7. Plenty of vegetables, - occasionally, as much as possible, raw; and not too much of meats.

  8. These as we find offer the better opportunities for the keeping of activity with this body.

  9. Ready for questions.

  10. (Q) [Left out of original copy] What advice to the sister, Mrs. [760], regarding continuing with her, or returning to her job in Alabama? (A) Do not do so through the month of May or early portion of June, anyway. After that it may be changed.

  11. We are through with this Reading.
