This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 6th day of February, 1939, in accordance with request made by the self through her sister, Mrs. [760], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]

Time of Reading 4:05 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Ky. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: As we find, there is for the present - or since last we had same, at least - a little improvement. But in the formations about the heart, and its coordination or its stream to head, as well as to the hepatic circulation, there is shown in the present the forms as of gurgle or beading - which is NOT so good.

  2. Whether this might be aided by the letting of blood IN the stream - from the arm or toward the head - should be determined by the physician in charge.

  3. But UNLESS there is a change, this must soon either form a gurgling that will become more disturbance to other organs, or form such pressures as to produce leakage through the arterial circulation.

  4. We would keep down as much of the pressure by the enemas as is practical, without causing too much of activities of the body to give same.

  5. We would keep all of the strengthening foods that are not inclined to create too much of a stress upon the circulation.

  6. Watch the pulsation, but consider - as well as keep up the tablets that are being given as a sedative, as well as for a better circulatory force. But watch the pulsations, for this, - such pressure as to cause leakage through the arterial portions, and thus forming or producing clots that may cause a paralysis and sudden change.

  7. Consider the leaking then, or the letting of blood - but this MUST be decided, to be sure, by the physician in charge.

  8. (Q) Can anything be done for the extreme pain through or around the heart? (A) Aren’t we trying to tell all about this! This is what we are talking about! See, this air or tending for the gurgling or bubbling around the heart is causing this very condition.

  9. We are through with this Reading.
