This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 16th day of August, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [195].

Time of Reading 6:15 P. M. Dayton Savings Time. …, Ohio.

1. GC: You will have before you the body of [195], who is present in this room. You will answer the questions as I ask them regarding the physical conditions of this body. You will also answer the questions I will ask you regarding his business associations and investments.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see.

3. (Q) Is any improvement noticeable in health during past three weeks, due to use of Radio Active Battery? (A) Yes, this is in the greater part due to the vibrations as are loosened and brought to the correlating of vibrations in the system through the vibrations from Radio Active Applicator. For it creates, as we see, the full equilibrium and hence assists all portions of the body. Also the deep adjustments osteopathically assist, also, as is shown in the vibrations acting with the auditory forces, for we find these branches and these enlargements decreasing and branches increasing in their length, see? Hence we find there are times when almost a normal reaction is recorded. Hence the enlivening of tissue.

4. (Q) Is hearing improving? (A) Improving.

5. (Q) Should violet ray be used? (A) Not necessary when we have the full forces of the [Radio-Active] vibratory forces, see? When we do not have full discharge, from connections being not full or proper, this [the violet ray] will assist, of course. Give the violet ray at times. Not necessary when these [Radio-Active vibrations] are fully given, though.

6. (Q) Are osteopathic treatments in cervical deep enough? (A) As given, these have been improved from that we had before. Keep these occasionally, for we should relax the tissue in the taut places, in muscular forces, that the nerve ends from ganglions may make their full, perfect connections with their vibrations in sensory system for auditory forces.

7. (Q) Is condition of hair improving, and any new hairs coming in? (A) Yes, we find the scalp end the bulbs, or the hair roots, are showing in the scalp, and the improvement is apparent in the new crop, as it were, growing.

8. (Q) When will the hearing be brought back to near normal? (A) Within six to eight months.

9. (Q) Regarding the associations and investments. Relative to 2,000 acres of land across the Gila River from Welton in Arizona, would the irrigation district, in which this land is a part, be successful and would enough water be developed to take care of all property in district? (A) Sufficient will be developed to take care of all property in district.

10. (Q) Would it be better to withdraw the 2,000 acres of land from the irrigation district? (A) If this supplies the irrigation, or irrigation supplies the land that necessary for the production and improves the land, why withdraw?

11. (Q) When will the land sell advantageously and at what price? (A) As given, there are some things on this land it would be better to develop than to sell, see? The land will sell advantageously and at a fair good price. Be two to three years though.

12. (Q) Would the oil underneath develop, and when? (A) When developments have reached sufficient in this territory to induce those interested in same to drill, as has been given, see? While this in this territory is of the migratory nature; that is, changes back and forth, see, through the channels, this we find, when used; that is, drilled, may be made, as it were, by the action of the drilling to produce that that would make a very successful field, for it would be in the nature as of once begun to syphon, as it were, through these operations - keep it up.

13. (Q) Relative to Standard Oil of Indiana investment, should this be sold at loss at this time, or held? When will it advance? (A) All oils we find will advance from about (not exactly, because there are many things to change same) October 10th to November, when they will go off again - 27th November. We would hold - sell October 25th.

14. (Q) Relative to contemplated investment in Florida acreage on Boulevard just North of Fort Lauderdale, would acreage purchased there at $1500 per acre prove profitable for quick return? (A) Prove profitable for quick return, for it may be sold again to people in St. Louis or Oklahoma City for twice that much, see?

15. (Q) When? (A) In two weeks.

16. (Q) What price should it bring in six months? (A) May be more than that. Be satisfied with it doubling in two weeks.

17. (Q) Will Standard Oil of Indiana investment go lower between November and October 25th? (A) Go higher until the latter part of November, see? on the gradual, see? We will have many changes. This going off, see, until about 15th - 10th, 15th October, then advancing until latter part of November, see? Then off again until the first of January, beginning in the (about) 7th or 8th of January, up until April 28th, 29th, see? gradually increasing. We are through.
