GC: You have before you the property to be subdivided known as Sunnylan five miles North of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., on the Dixie Highway. You will answer the following questions regarding same, as I ask them:

(Q) Relative to investments in business lots in Sunnylan tract would these be profitable for quick turn and at what advance? (A) Profitable, at 75-90 percent advance.

(Q) Would lots facing on Dixie Highway be more profitable than lots on Sunnylan Blvd.? (A) For quick return Sunnylan Blvd; for longer time Sunnylan Blvd.
