GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [195], of …, Ohio, and the dream this body had on the date which I will give you. You will give the interpretation and lesson to be gained from same, as I read same to you, and you will answer the questions which I ask you regarding same.
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before. The dreams come in that way and manner as we have outlined for this body. Ready for dream.

(Q) Thursday morning, May 20, 1926. “Seemed as if my partner and I were on crowded car going to prize fight - when car stopped. Everyone made a rush for entrance for tickets. I was in mob and to get to door many rough steps had to be climbed - the steps were more like broken down terraces - I seemed to have arrived at top first and asked for two reserved tickets. The man gave me two and said $13.45. The tickets were #7 and #8 in fourth row. I opened my pocket book to pay for same and amongst the many drafts, checks and bills therein withdrew a check or draft made apparently in Germany - the writing thereon was in German. Sitting near the entrance was Mrs. … (a bitter enemy of many years who has worked hard and unceasingly against me). In dream we apparently were the best of friends and there was evidently good understanding between us. I gave her the German draft and she read it in English (the words I do not recall).” (A) Now, in this there are presented many of those conditions, or rather as would be a reiteration of those conditions which have been presented to the entity before, in reference to ways and manners that the entity, through dream or through understanding of information as may be presented from self through the subconscious force, may use or recoup losses as have been made by the entity. And, as is seen here, these may not only be material, but friendships and mental and spiritual forces.
All may be gained through the study of those laws, those truths, that may be presented to the entity in and through these forces, as has been outlined.
As is seen in this present, we find there is the warning rather to the entity as concerning certain conditions wherein there will be information given to entity concerning prize fights. Leave them alone! for, as is seen in the mob, in the broken terraces, in the climbing to the entrance, the seeing of the money in the coin or the paper not worth so much, see?
In the friendship as is seen renewed, there is that lesson to the entity, that this entity, who has, through misunderstanding on the part of someone who has made the condition at an edge between these two, will in a manner, in the thirteenth year of such condition, come again in close friendship and relationship with the entity. This, as we see, was produced by someone who was in that position of being a busybody, causing this broken relation between the entity and this one as seen.
Then, as seen by these conditions, the entity needs study, rather than the application, in this special lesson as presented at this time.
- We are through with this reading.
Reports
Reports & Follow-up
R1. 6/4/26 Mr. [195] wrote in re 195-29 on weather forecast and 195-30 on dream, saying: “As for the dream interpretation, I get a little out of it and I feel that on studying it I may get something out of it. Relative to the rdg. I had written 3-4 questions that I wanted asked in connection with interpretation. One was whether that dream was the one referred to as coming to me, another was about a Mrs. Wailes and a Mrs. Banning, in connection with Mrs. Norris. The answer to this would have straightened out something in my mind that means a lot to me and I can’t understand why questions were left out, as you wrote that Mrs. Cayce had questions and would surely ask them.”
R2. 6/8/26 EC gave rdg. 195-31 answering questions left out of 195-29 and 195-30.
Background
Background
B1. 4/27/26 He obtained dream interpretation rdg. 195-27 advising he would have another dream which would help him know how to recoup his losses on stock market, also help him physically, mentally, morally.
B2. 5/4/26 He obtained dream interpretation rdg. 195-28 warning him not to enter into a business arrangement which had been proposed.
B3. 5/20/26 He wrote: “You will recall that in a dream interpretation which you made 4/27th [195-27] it was stated that I would have presented to me in a dream whereby I would be benefited, by recouping losses as well as physically, mentally and morally benefited. This morning I had a dream, and have written it out as near as I can remember. In the dream is a Mrs. Norris - a relative of my aunt’s husband. I handled her business once and arranged it, increasing the income and putting her in a millionaire class, for which she willed me one-half her properties. For some unknown reason during war, some forces operated against me, making her a bitter enemy. And I would like to settle in my mind just who was influencing this woman in her activities. Hence the 3rd and 4th question. Will you please be sure and have Mrs. Cayce ask these questions and any others that the answers or statements may prompt?”
