While conditions are not at all satisfactory from many standpoints, there should not be wholly discouragements; and not necessarily a resignedness, but rather the attitude of being a channel, being used in the way and manner as the divine influence within would have thee be.

IN THY HANDS, O GOD, I COMMIT MY ESTATE, MY BEING. THOU KNOWEST THAT WHICH IS NEEDED FOR THAT MANNER OF EXPRESSION IN WHICH I MAY MAKE THAT UNION WITH THEE IN THE CHRIST. MAY ALL THINGS BE DONE IN ORDER AND IN KEEPING WITH THY WILL.

For physical conditions at present, we would use each day the Ultra-Violet Ray, but not without the green glass between the ultra-violet and the body itself. Only use the Mercury Quartz Light, not just the Carbon; and have it at least thirty-six to thirty-eight inches (36” to 38”) from the body. Have a pane of heavy GREEN glass, say at least eight by ten (8” by 10”), and use this twelve inches (12”) from the body, BETWEEN the ultra-violet and the body. Use the Light over the body, and especially that area about the ribs (from the back), for not over a minute and a half, but do it each day - and regularly.
