This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 10th day of April, 1927, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [257].

Time of Reading 3:45 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with special reference to the trouble in face and head, and especially telling if there is any trouble with any of the teeth. You will give suggestions for the relief and improvement of this body, and will answer any questions I may ask you regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before.

3. Now, we find the condition as has been given as regarding the antrums [in 257-16] is still giving trouble to the body, produced by more congestion, more cold. Inflammation is there, and should be removed.

4. This may be removed either by the manner as has been given (which would have been better at the TIME given) or by the treatment through the ducts that lead to same through the nostrils, using in same Menthol Ichthyolate as a spray, see? or by the application of those conditions as will produce over-elimination, and the body resting sufficient time for the condition to be assimilated and eliminated from the system, see? By hot applications, and by manipulation, and by those conditions as are given here, by the injection of the Menthol Ichthyolate, or of the application of Bengay, or by the combination of these - but the body should rest sufficient that these may be assimilated and eliminated from the system, for this will take time.

5. As yet there is no trouble with the teeth, though the cavities here being involved, all the nerves to same are necessarily involved, see? and were this to remain this would PRODUCE trouble with the teeth, see?

6. But we would remove, as has been given, in either of these ways as outlined, see? Manipulation osteopathically, with those rays that will eliminate, or by injection of the Menthol Ichthyolate through the passages from nose to the antrums in the upper portion of face, or by the application of heat and those properties that will draw this out - yet, with any or either of these, it will be necessary to rest sufficient that these may be eliminated from the system. Do that - for the body must take the time to overcome these, or these may bring troublesome conditions, just as the reoccurrence to this is shown, for the effect is to all the upper portion of the body - throat, head, and all of the mucus producing cavities in head. Hence the manipulation and the rays would ELIMINATE a very great deal, see? These would be the best. These, though, would take the longest, the manipulation and the application of rays. We would prefer that. It would take from one to three days for this, see?

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Can the Menthol Ichthyolate be used in an ordinary spray by the body itself, or will this have to be done by a physician? (A) Be done by a specialist!
