Time of Reading 11:55 to 12:00 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Long Island, N.Y. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes. We find the general conditions much improved. While there is still felt the uneasiness throughout the abdomen and stomach, the tendency for weakness and dizziness, we find that with another application today of the Packs as indicated - with the use of a high enema, and the taking of a little stimulant in wine that’s light in nature - there should be a clearing of these conditions.

3. (Q) Do you prefer Epsom Salts Packs or the Grape Poultices? (A) The Epsom Salts Packs are preferable at this time, as indicated. There is not so much inflammation as a tendency for congestion, see? Hence the relaxation by the use of the Epsom Salts; while the Grape Poultices are rather to dissipate inflammation, see?

4. (Q) What causes the faint feeling? (A) The flow of the blood to the central portion of the system, and reacting to the pulsations or to the nerve forces in the head.

These stimulated by any stimulant to the body, as indicated, will be relieved.

5. (Q) What can I do to gain resistance against these attacks? (A) As indicated, a rest period - or rather budgeting the time so as to not overtax the body in either way, we would regain the equilibrium.

6. (Q) Should I have the colonic or the ordinary high enema? (A) Colonic irrigation is preferable. For where congestion is indicated in the jejunum and lower portion of stomach, and the after effects of inflammation, there is the tendency to make for an accumulation in the colon - especially in the ascending. So, the colonic would be necessary to cleanse from those areas in the RIGHT side, THROUGHOUT the area of the colon itself.

To be sure, the solutions used should carry oil or the agar preparations in such measures as to make for elasticity in the activity or the flow of the lymph circulation through these portions of the body.

Do these, as we have indicated; taking the high colonic today, see? After same have a little stimulant, as indicated.

And do not overeat, but be in the outdoors, sunshine; and we should feel real well on the morrow.
