This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 17th day of July, 1925, in accordance with request made by self, through Mr. T. B. Brown.

Time of Reading Miami Hotel, 12:45 Noon - Dayton Savings Time. Dayton, Ohio.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with special reference to the stomach, giving the cause of the condition and that to do to relieve same.

2. EC: Now, with special reference to the condition as we have in stomach, we find there are those specific conditions that cause the trouble in this portion of the functioning of the system. This, as we see, is a form of a catarrhal condition as exists in the mucous membranes of the lower portion of stomach, near the pyloric end. This, as we see, causes distress in digestion, especially when any properties of an exceptional nature, whether very sweet or very sour, very sedative or very active, are taken. These produce an extra flow of the gastric juices, which causes the nausea and distress in the excretory forces. This brings about the conditions as we have in the system. There are many portions of the body that suffer from the delineation, as it were, of the condition, because the body does not give off those rebuilding forces, or assimilate in the system proper, those properties to rebuild in the system. Hence the vitality of the body is often overtaxed. There are those lesions in the 7th and 8th dorsal centers that, were these alleviated, we would find the secretions of the system would come nearer to the normal condition for the body. This, we see, was produced in times back by an injury to the body - fall, see? This bringing about then the extra secretions, with cold and congestion as was taken afterward in the system, caused the forming of this condition. Well that this be attended to, for we would find, as the system is reduced, with the vitality being in such condition as to cause more distress to the system, these would bring about conditions that would be detrimental to the body.

3. We would, then, through deep manipulation, osteopathically given, reduce these conditions in the system. Also by using those vibrations as would be found in the use of the Radium Applicator forces to the body Radium Appliance Co., Bradbury Bldg., Los Angeles, California].
