This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 23rd day of September, 1942, in accordance with request made by the mother […], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

-
GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes.
-
As we find, there is considerable change for the better. The body is more quiet, and is showing more interest in activities. And this response to suggestion also indicates improvement.
-
With the rest of those applications made, we find that if there were a more consistent use of the Wet Cell Appliance that carries the Chloride of Gold to the body, - which with the glandular system will supply the tissue that supplies nerve and brain tissue, - we would bring better conditions for this body.
-
Keep up those coordinations of the massage and the suggestive forces.
-
Doing these, - with patience, care, persistence, - we will bring the abilities of this body to care even for itself.
-
Be persistent.
-
Do be prayerful.
-
We are through for the present.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 9/23/42 EC’s note: “We would be glad to get a further Reading to outline in detail the Gold treatment through the Appliance, if Dr. Still wishes it.”
R2. 9/23/42 GD’s note to mother: “The parents of one of our dear friends live in Ardmore, Okla. - Mr. and Mrs. Leon Kahn. It was through their son-in-law, Mr. David E. Kahn, that Mr. [2599] and his wife heard of Mr. Cayce. It has occurred to me that Mr. Kahn might be able to help you get a good job - he has helped so many people in that direction. His address is …”
R3. 9/25/42 EC’s letter: “Hope you find the reading for your daughter of interest. The doctor at Macon spoke very encouragingly of her when he wrote me just after she went there. Have been anxious to hear again.
“Do hope it will be practical for you to keep her there for a while yet any way, for I do feel help can come. Have never known an instance where it didn’t work out as given when such a statement was made as in this last reading, if given the chance.
“Do hope we may have been the means of being of help.”
