EC: Now, we find the conditions in this body a great deal different from that when we had this before. The conditions are much better in many ways, and that incentive for the creating of the equilibrium in the system is inactive and intact, as it were, at the present time; needing, however, that vibration necessary to keep the centers in the way as has been set by the incentive as created in the blood supply and cell building and distributing forces within the system.
