Now, as we find, there are two specific causes for this tendency to those reactions that do appear in the general feelings of the body, those abrasions on portions of the body, and the nausea that occurs at times.

There has been, as we have indicated in times past, a tendency for the condition in tonsil - and for the condition in the caecum or appendicial area - to become congested, and at such times to exhume poisons and great amounts of drosses into the blood stream; and we find the reactions first apparent from these in a torpidity of the bile or gall ducts, and these then produce overacidity.

In meeting, then, the needs in the present, first we would be very mindful that the body is more consistent in the quantity and quality of foods taken. Don’t eat so much at one time and so little at another. The balancing in the diet is very good.

We would begin, then, as this:

Take Simmons Liver Regulator, small doses of same, until there has been a complete reaction through the system; or until there has been at least three full general movements from the UPPER intestinal system, or until the liver has been acted upon. You’ll feel kind of bad for a few hours, but then a recuperation will set in.

After this has acted well, wait one day, see? Then take a whole bottle of Castoria, see, followed with - that is, after the whole body has been active - a good big dose of Milk of Bismuth. See? This will absorb all those tendencies for the conditions to be distended in the intestinal system.

It would be well too that there be given some of those vibrations over the upper portion of the body, from the solar plexus center to base of brain, with the electrical driven vibrations; this about once each day - see?
