This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 7th day of March, 1936, in accordance with request made by the wife - Mrs. [413], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 4:00 to 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [289].

2. A great many changes for the better since last we had same here.

3. As we find, in a general way and manner, if the precautions are taken that have been indicated, the general physical health should improve - now - from that which has been for many a day.

4. The general activities as produced by the eliminating of the poisons from the system, and the abilities for the assimilations through the active portions of the digestive force, have so stimulated and so revivified the plasms in the blood supply as to overcome or to so surround those portions of those influences as indicated in a portion of the lung area as to prevent any indication of disturbing factors arising - unless cold or congestion, or the flu or such kindred conditions, were to arise again.

5. Then, be mindful of the diet. Be mindful of the activities; that there are not those unnecessary exposures in the body- activities as to give the opportunities for such reactions in the body.

7. (Q) Did I really have typhus fever during my recent illness? (A) The inflammation of the membranes that was indicated would indicate a TYPE of same, but not true typhus fever - no.

8. (Q) What were the spots that broke out on my body - what caused them? (A) The lack of the abilities of the circulatory forces to carry through the cellular force in the blood stream itself the poisons that were as accumulations in portions of the system. And until there was a burning out, as it were, or a burning up of the destructive forces that allowed for a better circulation, these accumulations naturally were as a result or an effect of the conditions indicated.

9. (Q) What is the place on my nose - what causes it, and what will cure it? (A) This, as indicated heretofore, is a breaking of a cellular force produced by an infection that has allowed the thinning of the wall there - so as to produce accumulations at times.

With the general physical health improved or kept on the improve, this should not be disturbing. As the conditions exist in the present, we find that the Yellow Oxide Ointment applied once each day for two or three days should make for a disappearance of same.

10. (Q) What is the condition of liver? (A) As indicated, in a much nearer normal condition for the proper assimilation and activities towards the digestive forces of the body.

11. (Q) What type of fever was it I had during my recent illness? (A) As indicated, a TYPE of typhus - as combined with the effect of tubercle IN the system and loose in the blood supply.

12. (Q) Any further advice to keep well? (A) Take those precautions as indicated, and the body should be kept rather in a much nearer normalcy for some time than it has enjoyed for some periods.
