This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at The Oakland, 2006 Columbia Road, Washington, D.C., this 7th day of October, 1934, in accordance with request made by the son - Mr. [257], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Hugh Lynn Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Cora M. Yeakey.]

Time of Reading 3:55 to 4:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body; we have had this before, [325].

  2. Those distresses that we find that HAVE disturbed the body were rather from the indiscretions in the eating, when there was the allowing of other influences to excite the secretions in the body during the periods of digestion.

  3. To be sure, these poisons make for greater irritations to the conditions in the breast where those activities have shown themselves.

  4. There is such more quiet; and if there will be the applications of those things as we have indicated the recuperations will continue (which have already begun); as the Plantain with the cream, the Ash with the light, and the eliminations kept in a normal balance.

  5. But in the diet, be mindful that the foods are taken more in the SURROUNDINGS where there are the abilities of the body to assimilate as they are taken. The outside influences that bring anxiety, in the manner of the losing of the balances in the irritating influences, create poisons more for these conditions than ordinary - as we have indicated.

  6. These followed with the light wines, with those things that make for stimulation, will be the better.

  7. Do that.

  8. We are through for the present.
