This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 23rd day of April, 1944, in accordance with request made by the self - Miss [3358], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here and those anxieties that arise respecting applications.

3. There have been periods when the body has felt a great deal better, and then the doubts and fears arise.

4. However, if there will be consistent application, we will find improvements.

5. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) So far there has been no improvement in the headaches. What is reason for this? (A) The removal of the mucous through the colon area has not been sufficient to remove the sources of the headaches. We would have sufficient of the colonics to remove these disturbances. There will be required that precautions be taken with same, of course. These should be scientifically given and there should be salt and soda used in the water injected; a heaping teaspoonful of table salt and a level teaspoonful of baking soda to each quart and a half of body-temperature water used. The rinse water should be a little cooler and should have two tablespoonsful of Glyco-Thymoline to each quart and a half of water. This is to prevent a strain or drain on the alimentary canal and the nervous system.

But keep the rest of the suggested applications, and cleanse the system until there is no mucous indicated in the stool; not all at once, but at least ten days to two weeks apart. Thus we will aid in relieving these tensions.

7. (Q) Have the spinal adjustments been properly carried out? (A) These are very good and we would let these be a little farther apart now.

8. (Q) Are these headaches of karmic origin? (A) Karmic in the present, not in the sense of a long-drawn-out karmic condition. These are the result of a slowed circulation through the whole alimentary canal. That is why apparently sometimes lately the headaches have been more severe. The pressures being removed, there is greater impaction in areas in the colon.

9. (Q) Is condition of feet improved? (A) We find that whenever the adjustments are given there should be the beginning of the treatment with the feet, making special adjustments in the lumbar-sacral and along the upper portion of the sciatic center, as well as the bursa of the feet themselves.

“I have under my care a Miss [3358] who was very much surprised when I told her that I was willing to follow the instructions you gave. I am an Osteopath and have practiced 28 years and learn every day. At Miss [3358]‘s suggestion I read the book about you. Dr. Percy Woodall of Birmingham is well known to me.

“I have tried to buy the book but they say it it out of print. Would you know where that I might find one?

“Referring to Miss [3358]: she had the condition in the dorsal area that you suggested and they are responding to correction. She also had a pronounced sacro-iliac. I hope you can endow somebody with your remarkable power that the work may be allowed to continue.”
