-
EC: Yes. As we find, we still have a body in development. This birth is a very hard one to cope with. Eight months is much harder than a seven months baby.
-
The bronchi we find the greater troubles to cope with. Well that it is in the oxygen tent.
-
At least each day, just after its bath, there should be a gentle but very thorough massage given the baby along the areas of the ribs, front and back, with this combination of oils:
Peanut Oil…2 ounces, Olive Oil…2 ounces, Lanolin…1/2 ounce.
This will aid in supplying body-food as well as to the superficial circulation - if the areas are massaged as indicated - through absorption and through radiation - in the environs or vibrations under which the body is cared for in the present.
-
Do that.
-
We are through with this Reading.

Reports
Reports & Follow-up
R1. 1/3/44 Grandmother, [623]‘s wire: BOTH GIRLS ARE DOING FINE. BABY IS GAINING SOME LOST WEIGHT. [951] CAME HOME FRIDAY. [3473] WILL REMAIN IN HOSPITAL UNTIL SHE WEIGHS FIVE POUNDS.
R2. 1/19/44 Mother’s letter:
“I am indeed a bad girl for not writing sooner. I always have such good intentions too.
“[3473] is home now, a week today. We’ve had a little formula trouble, and changed to pasteurized milk plus water and Karo and she seems to be doing fine on it, but has a lot of gas pains and cramps, especially at night. Think however that she is doing fine and when a few days older will feel better.
“Thank you so very much for squeezing in her reading. I know you are swamped and it meant a lot to give one for her. It meant a lot to me to have it! Seems like someone is always doing something nice for me. It makes me feel so humble and sometimes unworthy.
“[3473] can lift her head alone, she plants her feet and bows her back, and she can cry on occasion too. Weighs 5 lbs 3 3/4 ozs now and is 19 in. long. Looks exactly like her daddy except for my pug nose. Has loads of dark hair and dark blue eyes. She’s a perfect little doll baby and so very good. I think she’s wonderful. Her Daddy too; and oh her grandparents are almost silly.” Much love [951]
R3. 3/9/44 Mother’s letter:
“We’ve had a busy time lately.
“[3473] developed Thymus trouble. Almost choked to death about 5 weeks ago, and an x-ray showed the left side quite enlarged. She has had two x-ray treatments so far and may have to have one more. She’s greatly improved, but still inclined to choke and gag. Have you any suggestions for same?
“She now weighs 9 1/2 lbs and is growing like a weed. She’s just as cute and sweet as she can be…”
R4. 5/27/44 Mother’s letter: “A note to brag more about our daughter. She’s doing fine now. Weighs 15 lbs and is 23” long at 5 mos. The thymus trouble has cleared up and she does not choke at all any more. Took 3 x-ray treatments to shrink it to normal.
R5. 6/6/47 The grandmother phoned for copy of rubbing compound in the child’s Physical Rdg., which helped her so much, and also extract of data from readings on Whooping Cough. GD.
R6. 2/27/67 Mother [951] phoned: “Mother [623] thought there might be something in the readings to help my 23 yr. old daughter [3473]‘s stomach ulcers.”
R7. 3/12/67 Mother [951] wrote: “[3473] was in my car on the way to Foothill College a year ago last September 30th and a man ran into her as she was sitting waiting for a red traffic light. Has been in and out of hospitals - finally out of cervical collar 5 weeks ago - is better but not over it. Cervical sprain and tore all ligaments and tendons in neck and back. Takes a long time to heal. No ins. settlement as yet, so I’ve had problems with $3500.00 of doctor bills.”
