This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 17th day of June, 1944, in accordance with request made by the self, Mrs. [3591], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, this we have had before. As we find, while there is much to be desired yet, there are real improvements. In the general physical forces of the body.

3. We would recharge the Appliance and use this regularly, but recharge same every thirty days. Do after the use of the Appliance, use the massage with two ounces of Olive Oil and two ounces of Peanut Oil and the one-half ounce of Lanolin added, when practical or possible to obtain same. These will prevent the very slow circulation through the affected areas, from causing any rash or irritation.

4. We would use Epsom Salts Packs for the next two months, instead of the Castor Oil Packs. Use the Packs over the hands, feet, knees, ankles, all of those areas where there is crystallization, which is caused from lack of circulation in its proper relationship to eliminating centers. These we would find will be used on the hips, knees, ankles and feet. Not attempting to use them all at one time but where causing the greater trouble when attempting to use them. These would be warm or hot and kept on until these have almost dried. Make a nearly saturated solution and just about as warm as the body can stand.

5. Do these and keep up the general attitude as has been held the greater part of the time by the body, and we are going to bring better help for this body.

6. Do use the gold in the Appliance as well as all the rest which has been indicated for the body.

8. (Q) Why does the internal dose of Olive Oil cause discomfort? (A) This we would reduce and give very small doses and more often, but these are necessary to keep better eliminations. It is well when there is not good eliminations to use colonic irrigations, even with keeping consistently the use of the Olive Oil, see?

9. (Q) Any suggestions in improvement on applying suggestions made? (A) Use these changes which have been made and do keep those attitudes of constructive thinking.

10. (Q) Has the battery been used properly? (A) It has been used too long without charging. Do charge it every thirty days.

11. (Q) Any mental and spiritual advice? (A) It has just been indicated, do keep that attitude of constructive thinking. Know there is help but it is in the source of all health and keep the eye, the mind, the purpose in that direction.
