PHOENIX PHOSPHATE COMPANY TENNESSEE PHOSPHATES Office No. 721 Fourth and First National Bank Building NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

Mr. David E. Kahn, Secretary Cayce Petroleum Co. Cleburne, Texas

Dear Mr. Kahn:-

We are in receipt of the information given by Mr. Cayce on our phosphate holdings in this state, and also on our property which is supposed to contain valuable oil deposits, and which the reading says does contain oil.

Since we have received this information given by Mr. Cayce while in the sleeping, or trance condition or whatever you call it, we have sent our Geologist to look over this particular farm where the Phosphate deposits were said to be located instructing him to go over the place and then to make his report also give us a Chemical analysis of the rock found.

Altho no mention was made to this man that Mr. Cayce had given us a reading, we compared his report with the report of Mr. Cayce and they tally almost to the letter, not only in the number of thousand of tons of rock, but also as to the grade.

Mr. Cayce also advised us as to how to organize the company, the amount of money that it would take to handle this additional business in connection with our own properties, and after having followed out his instructions and found his advice was based on such practical business lines, we are taking the liberty of addressing you today expressing our thanks to you for the assistance rendered us thru this most wonderful power that Mr. Cayce is possessed of.

Personally I would like to say that never in my experience or in the experience of my associates have we ever seen such a remarkable power. The Diagnosis that was given on Dr. Harsh’s son, [[4966] no copy] altho he has never seen the boy or knew of him until about five minutes before the reading was given, the boy being in Petosky Michigan at the time of the reading, his father tells us the information is perfect, as he knows the boy, and is now on his way to Jasksonville, Fla. to carry it out.

Again thanking you for the interest that you can Mr. Cayce took in our affairs, and assuring you that if any time we can be of service to you, we are at your command.
