Time of Reading 4:10 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Virginia.

  1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions that may be submitted, as I ask them:

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [413].

  3. As we find, there is rather in the present the acute conditions as related to temperature from cold and congestion, and a lazy condition in the liver, - that needs a stirring of same, and sufficient rest taken by the body for recuperative forces.

  4. We would first take such a laxative that is alkaline in its nature, yet that is of such a mineral reaction as to flush the system; that is, Sal Hepatica, - two teaspoonsful in all the water it will dissolve in, see?

  5. Then follow same, on the same evening, you see, or about two or three hours later, with two Zilatone tablets.

  6. But don’t work tomorrow! Rest!

  7. Don’t eat too much, and use rather the fruit juices and vegetable juices as the diet.

  8. This SHOULD cleanse the system. If there is still a bad taste, and the headache or dullness following same, take Castoria in broken doses until there is a full flushing of the bowels; a teaspoonful an hour apart. And if it takes two or three bottles, take them - until the system is flushed in such a manner as to purify the alimentary canal.

  9. Ready for questions.

  10. We are through with this Reading.
