This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of March, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [419].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. In the present conditions, which are much different from that as we have had, we find there are accentuations through strain that have caused the eliminations, as have come through the activity of an increased capillary circulation, to produce - in the strain - those of the rising. We would cleanse this, open same, and then apply those of an ointment that would be HEALING to the system; first cleansing same, preferably with Bichloride, see?

3. (Q) What is cause of extreme itching? (A) Just as has been given, the stimuli to the capillary circulation - which causes the eliminations to be directed through these channels, which naturally produce irritation to all of the small pores in the exterior portion of body. In cleansing same, and in keeping the eliminations through the alimentary canal stimulated, we will find we will soon make these corrections proper.

4. (Q) Should diet be watched? (A) Diet should be watched. Not too much meat. Considerable of egg, but let only the yolk be taken - These may be taken freely for the system. Well were those of the fruit juices, especially of oranges, lemons and grapefruit - should be a considerable part of at least the morning meal. We will soon find these conditions on the improve. Unguentine will be a very good appliance for this following the opening. These will heal from the internal forces.

We would also find that the heat as applied would be better NOW - when these worry - if you will apply them at the solar plexus.
