1. EC: Now, we find the whole physical body greatly improved from that as we had here before. While all of the conditions in the functioning congestion in the system have not been entirely removed from the system, or that condition in the tissue and in the functioning organs that have been under subjugation of these congestions in elimination has not been entirely removed from the condition producing it. We find all in a great deal better condition than when we had this before.

2. We would with the exercises necessary for the whole system to be kept in the way of elimination take those deep manipulations for the hepatic circulation, the lower lumbar plexuses and the upper portions of the solar plexus that will give the system the proper incentives to eliminate those conditions from the system as have been, as it were, loosened or set at naught in the system. We would do this, taking these once to twice each week for three to five to six weeks. We will find we will remove these conditions. We will correct much of the strain produced in nerve taxation and the functioning system will come to its normal, and we will restore the system to storing reserve energy.
