- EC: Little if any difference in this body from that given before except in mental attitude which is better. Lack of nerve forces by supplying from the trunk as said before to locomotory is cause of difficulty in limbs. Treatment must be on the outside in the air, wind, sun, heat. Air assists in action of pores of skin to help body eliminate. Outside treatment create cellular forces in the tissues of the body, through the blood. Manipulations by massage to relax the body. Regular exercises of all parts of the body. All to be done by the body itself except the manipulation. Can take very little exercise now, but will take it regular as any system of exercise. Then diet as stated before. Massage, exercise, and diet is to get rid of dead cells which have produced this condition, all of which is life to the body. Will take time to effect permanent cure, will not be but few months before marked improvement will be noticed then permanent cure will follow. Get the body to believe in itself. Body should be moved to the mountains and in good company not melancholy as this body is inclined to be. This is all the treatment required.
