1. EC: Condition is such as before except through the mind [which is better?]. Condition produced lack nerve force and building tissues to be carried to extremities. Brought about first by treatment given to this body in times before. They know what the treatment was. There is no nerve force or building tissue being carried to arms, hands and limbs, this causes conditions apparent in hand and legs. Nerves and muscular centers at locomotories in arms and limbs blocked by microbes taken at the time of the treatment of the intestinal conditions as before. The trunk is intact, nerve supply to extremities is dead and dormant. Treatment receiving at present not to benefit extremities. Physicians don’t understand why body is shrunken, some parts have understood and some have not. Treatment as already given will bring improvement soon. No doctors needed. Treatment as already said is to produce more properties or building tissues to the body, manipulation to produce carrying off by absorption. Lukosites [Leuocytes?] destroy and eliminate through respiration and circulation. There is no respiration in lower part except cold and clammy.
