This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 19th day of October, 1925, in accordance with request made by Mr. M. B. Wyrick.

Time of Reading 2:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Bosque County, Texas.

1. GC: You will give information regarding the operations at the present time, advise if the work is being done properly and any other information necessary to insure the success of these operations. You will also answer any questions which I will ask you regarding these operations.

2. EC: Now, we find there has been some very hard, very painstaking - some troubles have come with this that have been very aggravating at times.

3. The water that has produced the cavings, as we see, comes from high up in the hole. The formations as are now being operated in show a change. This, then, would soon bring to that in which the production will produce in this operation, see? The work has been very good, though this has been a very hard undertaking, cleaning out and getting out the troubles that have caused this condition. Keep the straight way. We will find we will yet bring the successful termination of the operations here, see? Do that.

4. (Q) Have they cleaned the entire hole yet? (A) Not drilling right at present, see? The operations are causing the trouble, as given, see? with the sand line and the bailers, see? The conditions, though, were these carried on out, will bring the successful termination of operations, bringing the large production, long lasting and high, see.

5. (Q) Is there anything regarding the operations of which they should be warned at the present time? (A) Only that of gas pressure soon. This they should be warned of, being careful of fires and of keeping tight line in the drilling, see?

Dear Mr. Wyrick:-

Your wire received this afternoon. I hardly know just what to say about the information as gotten here. It seems that you have been having a good deal of trouble and that it’s not all over yet, but that with perseverance, tact and patience, you will yet be able to make this successful operation. I know, however, that this has gone on for such a length of time that it is rather disheartening, but I certainly hope and trust that you will yet be rewarded for your faith and persistence, and I feel sure that you will.

I trust that you are feeling physically fit yourself and that very soon we will have a wonderful report from the operations.

Please let us hear from you every opportunity you have, for you may be sure we are very anxious and realize that our greatest hope lies in the successful termination of your undertaking.

I’m glad to say we are all fairly well and are becoming rather acclimated, I guess, to the conditions and surroundings.

Mr. Edgar Cayce, 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va.

My dear Mr. Cayce:-

I received yesterday the battery from Mr. Brown which had been lost in our Mailing Department here.

If I understand electric law correctly, it is not constructed in accordance with same and as the use of this battery arrangement has been prescribed for me in the past two readings you have given, I would like to have it correct before I commence using it. If I had the original specification for the battery, I could soon check it and make any changes that might be necessary.

I notice this was prescribed for Mr. Brown in the reading given him on July 13 [See 195-15] and I am wondering if you would mind giving me a copy of that reading or specifications of the battery, assuring you that I have no intention whatever to infringe on any commercial usage Mr. Brown may have in mind, but only wish to have the thing correct before I commence using it.

I would like to know especially regarding the manner in which the various chemicals, such as iron, gold and silver solution and iodine are to be passed into the system through the agency of this battery.

I am improving some and in fact gradually getting better but I have some periods of reaction that are rather discouraging.

Have not received reading on well, but hope it will be along in a day or so. Copy of message from Martin this day is enclosed. It would seem that they are now on the real cap rock, the spot where Moran has placed his hope of success. We should have our answer soon.
