EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. We find the general physical conditions of the body in a much bettered condition than as we have had before. There are, to be sure, those indications in the duodenum, and a portion of the ascending colon, that shows the effects of acid, or an acid condition existent at times. These must be kept in a nearer and nearer alkalin state. We would keep the manipulations occasionally in the system, to keep the proper coordinations through the system and prevent the nerve and muscular forces along the cerebro-spinal system throwing off, or from backing up poisons in the system from the alimentary canal. To be sure, this may be OVER done - but keep near a normal balance in eliminations, and keep eliminations THROUGHOUT the system in an according, or a coordination between same, and we will find the better conditions coming to, and the physical forces acting in a near normal way and manner. Ready for questions.

(Q) How often osteopathic treatments now? (A) Once each week, unless there should be those conditions that would cause congestion along the cerebro-spinal system, from over eating, over heating, or over exercising, or from CONGESTION from any manner. Then it might be necessary to have two or three each week for a time, see? Be mindful most of the diet and of the eliminations.

(Q) What is condition of pelvic organs? (A) These are in a much better condition than have existed. Through the acid conditions existent in system, naturally there is a SYMPATHETIC condition, and these produce irritations, nervousness. These are much bettered.

(Q) What can be done to relieve discharge? (A) Use the vaginal douche, using the violet ray, or a violet ray applicator. This will relieve these conditions. This should be used about once or twice each week, for at least fifty-six days.

(Q) How long at a time? (A) Two to three minutes.

(Q) Is the Single X Radium Appliance of sufficient strength? Give detail as to use of same. (A) Instructions are given with the use of same, as to how they apply across the solar plexus or from the brain center of the central nervous system. This will be of aid. As we have given, the Double X is what would be necessary - but this may be worn longer.

(Q) How long, if this is used? (A) About four to five months.

(Q) Was bruise received yesterday in breast serious? (A) No.

(Q) What should be done to relieve same? (A) Use Iodex, or Mercurachome, or any applicant that takes soreness from bruised conditions. These amount to nothing in the present, unless the body allows self to feel like that it will continue to grow - and it will!

(Q) Would gymnasium work this Fall and Winter be helpful? (A) It isn’t Fall and Winter yet, and it will depend upon the physical condition at that time, as to whether it would be helpful or harmful, or as to whether the body has kept itself physically fit. With irritations in pelvic organs, with burning sensations in breast or through any portion of the body, DON’T take gymnastic exercises! If these ARE allayed, and the system is in a normal reaction, gymnastics is beneficial.
