-
GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the further improvement of same.
-
EC: Now, we find that the physical conditions as are existent in the body at the present show the effects of the strain as has been produced by over taxation to a weakened, or a body lacking vital resistance in the system.
-
Keep those conditions that have been accorded and have been given, and for this system add these, that we may bring strength and resistance and assist the body in coming nearer to the normal condition:
-
Twice each day massage the body, especially along the spine. In the evening massage same with Olive Oil, pure Olive Oil, in each segment, each vertebra, along the spine, massage this well into the body; massaging along the limbs, especially that of the sciatic nerves and along those of the arm that come from the brachial plexus, or along the portion of the arm in the forearm on the exterior, inside on the upper portion, see? Bathe off, after this has been thoroughly massaged into the body, taking at least twenty to twenty-five minutes of such massaging, see? Of a morning, see, massage the body with Tincture of Myrrh, weakened, see? This to toughen, the other to relax and strengthen and feed the muscular conditions, and to bring about the better locomotion from the effects of the poisons as are being eliminated from the system, and to strengthen the body throughout.
-
Do that for at least fifteen days, see? Then we would suggest further treatment as will be needed for the system at that time.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 6/26 Sister’s letter: ”…Received your reading, but before we received your reading Mrs. [5421] had to be operated on, as two pus pockets had formed on her left leg. It was very severe and my poor sister very near came to dying. I did not know those pus pockets were forming when I wrote, but no doubt the doctor did. We are still giving her the medicine four times a day, the blood purifier which you prescribed. I am very much afraid if those pus pockets continue coming we will lose her. Mrs. [5421] has faith in you and believes you can cure the pus pockets. She says you healed her before and can do it again. What can you give her for the pus pockets? Then we have a lot of trouble with the incision and the pockets will not heal, no doubt on account of her weakened condition and she has lost all resistance. I hope we can find someone that can help my poor sister. Mrs. [5421] says she surely is getting tired of being sick and sends her best regards to you…”
R2. 6/16/26 EC’s letter: ”…I am certainly sorry to know that Mrs. [5421] has been having so much trouble. I am of the opinion, if you will go over the reading we gave her before she left Arizona, and have some more of that ointment prepared for her to rub with, that you will find she will be able to overcome this condition, that these incisions will heal normally, and that she will absorb sufficient from the application of this to prevent the reoccurrence of these pus pockets. I would have this attended to right away. Please give my kindest personal regards to her, and I want to assure you and she both that it is my desire to be of help, if at all possible. I appreciate your letting me hear from her, and if at any time she feels she would like me to try this again for her, she only has to let me know…”
R3. GD’s note: We assume that Mrs. [5421] did not recover, because: 3/6/30 Husband [5771] requested a reading for his second wife, [5775]. See 5775-1, on 4/2/30.
R4. GD’s note: Originally, and on film for preservation of the readings, there was a 5421-7 listed. However, upon examination it was found to be a reading for Mr. [5771]‘s second wife - and is thus filed under her case number of [5775].
