GC: You will give the physical conditions of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the relief and improvement of same.

EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this here before.

Now, we find the general physical conditions of the body show considerable improvement, and the body in a fair way (as might be given) for the full correction of the physical forces as are set in body at present. There would needs be that those conditions be met as they arise, regarding the treatments as seen accorded the body, for now - with the body tending toward the correction as necessary, and with the vibrations being set aright - the response is as the upgrade.

The body should not allow worry, or uncertainty, to bring destructive elements into the physical being - for worry will not correct conditions; neither will taking extra thought bring that to pass that is already set; but rather make thine self in the way of being equal to WHATEVER may present itself, and doing with that in hand that necessary to meet the needs of conditions at the time; for in this there will be found the better condition to meet those exigencies that arise; and the physical body will respond. And keep self in that way that brings the better condition for the body in every way and manner. Then, keep that as is seen befitting the needs from time to time, and the body will respond physically and mentally, and materially.
