This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 5th day of December, 1925, which came involuntarily, on the close of another Reading.

1. EC: Now, we have the conditions, the affairs, of [551], … New York City, N.Y., with the developments as have been made by the body in the mental, moral, social, and in the attitude of the entity as a whole towards others.

2. In the financial status of the entity, these conditions we find are not wholly satisfactory to the entity, yet would entity, body-mind of [551], take into the right consideration those conditions as surround same, there will be seen that the stores as are laid up, and as are being gathered by entity, far surpass in the satisfactory manner of living association, desires, wants, wishes, above monies, and that the greater truth lies in that, when the entity seeks first the knowledge of the Maker and His wishes, these all will be added unto him in their due season. Knowing then, even as He that was without blame was tempted by the vicissitudes of earth, the entity may also be tempted; yet keeping in that way in which the truth will give the better and the correct understanding, the entity will gain in that way that leads to the satisfaction in knowing that self is made one with the whole, and that the dependence in Him and not in self is the way to succeed, whether moral, mental, physical, financial, or whatever position is desired. Making then self humble before the Throne of Grace, that the greater forces of the Lord may work the marvels in this entity, for KNOW that through those channels that to man seems uncomely, often through same those greatest truths are manifest of the Lord. Then, in the ways that leads to the physical action, keep every transaction in that way and manner “as I would have man do unto me, even so will I do unto him,” whether in the buying, selling, or giving information, and dare to stick to those convictions in truth as has begun to manifest before the present conditions in entity’s relation with man, for in the way that leads to the better knowledge is the greatest forces as are seen manifest in the world.

3. Then, in the way of that as is set with those two associates that are contemplating the action on certain given stocks, use that rule that applies in the home, in the church, in the office, in the street: “As ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them,” for this is the law and the gospel.

4. As for the actions in the present month, and in those contemplated associations as are seen in the near future, keep these in the way that goeth UPWARD, and we will find there will come the better concept of the truths being gained, for as related to stocks, these we see advancing in their general turn until the 15th to 20th, slowing off for the holidays, then slow in first two to three days afterward. Then on 4th - 5th - 6th of January, sudden turn upward.

5. Keep thyself pure, unspotted from the world. Avoid even the appearance of sin, for in Him there is Light, and the Light is the Life of the world, and the world (physical) is only a moment in the Life as is lived in eternities.

6. We are through for the present.
