This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 1st day of November, 1927, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [554].

[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mr. L. B. Cayce.]

Pantlind Hotel, Time of Reading Room …, 11:30 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. Grand Rapids, Mich.

  1. GC: You will have before you the body and the enquiring mind of [554], who is in Room … of the Pantlind Hotel, Grand Rapids, Michigan. You will tell him if he should entertain the proposition which is now pending, or should he continue on as at present, and what are the prospects.

  2. EC: Yes, we have the body, the enquiring mind, [554].

  3. Now, we find there are many phases to the proposition as is being presented to this body - both those of the physical and of the secular nature, when others beside the body itself are considered; yet we find that - all being considered in the correct manner - these channels offer the greater opportunity for the body to progress in the financial way, as well as a field through which the body may develop more mentally and spiritually, will the body [if the body will] apply those lessons and the truths as are gained by the body from time to time. We would, however, have with the agreement the field of endeavor have its recognition - that is, as the entity develops the field that is being laid before same, the entity should prosper by that as is accomplished by the body. Think not that the new field will not present its problems, yet we find the body is capable of meeting these conditions.

  4. We would, then, change - and with the coming season (at which time the change should be made) we will find the entity will be able to make the success of this undertaking. Do that - for the prospects in this field offer the greater opportunities; but it is opportunities that the body will of necessity have to apply self in.

  5. We are through for the present.
