Already there may be seen that beginning of the accomplishments for the physical conditions in this body, as has been outlined - for MANY - will those suggestions be followed as have been outlined, in a CONSISTENT manner - will call this a miracle. DO NOT OVERTAX the body by OVERDOING for same, but let there be periods of REST and only keep the MENTAL surroundings as of the constant adding to, in a consistent way and manner. Ready for questions.
