This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Virginia, this 7th day of July, 1930, in accordance with request made by those in charge.

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 5:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Virginia. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [5568] - this we have had before. In many ways the body still shows improvements. Will we but keep those according conditions, and concordance of conditions, as will make for the relaxing of the muscular ends and the tissue forces in the extremities, in the radial centers of the cerebro-spinal system, we will gradually build that as will make for a STRAIGHT body, for an ACTIVE physical force in same.

2. Well that the body, each evening, be rubbed THOROUGHLY with those forces as may be found in an ointment - which acts as a lubricant for the whole system. These may be altered between cocoa butter and olive oil, or olive oil and myrrh and then cocoa butter. These will make for bettered conditions for the body’s rest, and for the activities of the extremities - as well as centers along the cerebro-spinal system. Do that.

3. (Q) Any other suggestions for the benefit of the body? (A) Do that at the present. As is necessary for the changes, for the betterment - these may be given.

4. We are through with this reading.
