(Q) Is Dr. Oxley the one to properly perform this operation? Or should someone else do it? Just which one would be best to perform this operation? (A) There are MANY that might, or could, or would, perform such an operation better than Oxley. Though the body IS experienced, the experience is not of the efficient kind in THIS particular case or condition. There are those that understand the condition better, and would be better in this particular case. Why?
