  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [202]. The conditions that bring disturbance are rather those of indisposition through mental reaction, than of a physical. If the body [will] take cold showers and a vigorous rubdown mornings and evenings, especially rubbing the spine thoroughly, briskly, until the heat is attracted to same, we will soon find these conditions of melancholia, depression, and of general debilitation feeling, relieved. Do that. We are through.
