EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, we find the general physical forces of the body still show considerable improvements from that as we have had here before. There is a slowing up of the improvements through the lack of the proper eliminants being kept for the system. While it is well that the system be allowed to respond in its normal activity, not while there are still evidences of the tendency of increasing the eliminations in directions that will prevent the return of the nervous rigors, or the spasmodic reactions through the central system; yet these need rest at times - but while these conditions still remain, and until the system physically and mentally adjusts itself, these should be occasionally kept up - as well as the REST of the suggestions as have been given for the correction of these conditions for this body.
-
In the activity of the mental forces of the body, well that these also be adhered to in a way and manner that the body (mentally) does not lose that ability in self to react to the SPIRITUAL forces as may manifest themselves through THIS body, in bringing about the proper reactory forces in the physical being. Remembering that the MENTAL is the Builder. See self with the added forces necessary for the corrections, as WELL and STRONG, and revibrating to the new flow of blood and energy as is being created in the system by the proper vibrations being set up in the physical body, and we will find the body will respond and build that image so held before its inner self. Do that. We are through with this reading.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 3/20/29 Letter: “Your last reading came Monday, the 18th, and I want to thank you for same. I assure you, Mr. Cayce, that, though I have been rather careless in the properties you laid down for me, I shall be more careful in the future, especially with the eliminant and the spinal massage… Should you ever be called on to give me another reading, you will find conditions much different in the future.”
R2. 4/18/29 Letter: “In answer to yours [questionnaire] of the 15th, I wish to say that I am following all your former instructions with the most gratifying results. I am not quite cured yet but nearly so. The use of improper eliminants such as cathartics has, in the past, proved a big factor in my case. I have lately been using great care in the use of the properties you laid out for me, spiritual and mental and medicinal with good results. Gratefully yours.”
R3. 4/20/29 Letter: “I have a dear neighbor who has an affliction that is similar to what my own WAS. His is a nervous trouble and his mind has become unbalanced. This morning I told his wife of you and the wonderful success you had with me and she said she would write you.”
R4. 4/21/29 Letter: “I have reason to believe that I am cured or shall be cured soon. My flesh, however, cries out as did Thomas at the resurrection, no I will not believe. How can this be? I will not believe unless I know.
“You, Mr. Cayce, are my means of knowing. Will you please give me a reading to see if I am right. Any time will do, Mr. Cayce. Make the date suit your convenience.”
R5. 4/30/29 EC gave 6th reading, 5642-6.
