This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the Kahn home, 44 West 77th Street, Apt. 14-W, New York City, this 10th day of October, 1935, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [587], Active Research Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading 3:10 to 3:20 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. L.I., New York. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [587]; this we have had before.

2. In some respects, as we find, conditions are not so good as when last we had same here.

3. There have been those activities on the part of the body that have made for a building of a wall of resistance for its better physical, mental and spiritual self. This, with the natural attunement of the body makes for not inhibitions but rather that which is against the better reactions for the body.

4. These, then, as we find, would be the manners in which the better physical forces may react through the body:

5. First, we would make for the quietudes at some set or given period, for thirty minutes to an hour regularly; with the use of the Radio-Active Appliance with same, that may aid in not only equalizing the circulatory forces throughout the body (thus quieting in a manner, as it were, those centers in the system and through the activity of the organs themselves) but allowing - through this same activity - the revivifying forces that are the NATURAL sources of energies through quietness within any given activity that makes for strengthening for resistances of every nature in a physical body.

6. We would make for the return of some of those applications also occasionally that have been most helpful in their activities upon the body.

7. And in this way and manner, as we find, we may make for the better reactions for this body of [587].

8. Ready for questions.

9. (Q) What is causing, and what should be done for, the skin eruptions? (A) These are the natural effects of poor eliminations and the uncurbed activity, as it were, of the differentiation or the incoordination in the internal or deeper circulation and the superficial circulation. This allows accumulations of poisons or drosses in system to become eliminated, or attempt to be thrown off, through these portions of the body - or in the superficial activity.

With the quieting and with increased eliminations as would naturally come with these activities as indicated, these would soon disappear.

10. (Q) What is causing the eruption on the face? (A) The same sort of conditions.

11. (Q) Any suggestions for the eyes? (A) The stimulation that has been indicated, the reaction of those applications that have formerly been indicated for the body, would make for the bettering of the circulation that aids, too, the activity through the sensory forces of the body.

12. (Q) What is the pain, and the accumulation or thickening, in the right side? (A) The meeting, as it were, of those congestions caused by poor elimination and poor circulation, as indicated. And these with the other distresses should respond to the applications as indicated.

But keep these periods as holy periods within self, and the activity of the Radio-Active forces - that are the etheronic energies within self coordinating with elements from without, to create the greater balance and make for much better, much more responsive activities in the body.

13. (Q) Any other suggestions at this time? (A) These we would do at this time. These, as we find, are preferable to any specific sort of medication that would make for the activities as would only be more and more upsetting. These, with these applications, should make corrections.
