EC: Yes, we have the body here, [618].

As we find, there are much better and much nearer normal conditions for the body than that as we have ever had hers before.

While there are still some ACUTE or specific disturbances of a different nature, that portion of the circulatory system that leaked has been absorbed by the system.

And as we find, there is only the occasional need for those stimulations osteopathically or mechanically given through the vibratory forces to keep the normal balance.

Be mindful to be sure of the diet as related to assimilation, and especially as to those things that would tend to produce extra quantities of acids.

And these then, with the general precautions, should keep the body near to the normal conditions.

As for the specific conditions - the abrasions and bruises of ligaments in the extremities - or the left foot - we find that there only needs to be taken the proper precautionary measures.

There is a bruise and a strain in the ligaments.

When the abrasions have healed, it will be found most beneficial to massage the area of evenings with a saturated solution of apple vinegar and heavy salt; but not while there is an abrasion. Also this would be beneficial for the knees and lower limbs.

(Q) When I discontinue osteopathic treatments, should I use the violet ray at home? (A) As indicated, these should not be said to be discontinued - but taken when there is the necessity; or once a week or twice a month or the like, see?
The use of the violet ray occasionally would be very good, especially just before retiring; as well as the electrically driven vibrator would be good to relax the body and to keep better vibratory forces through the system.

(Q) Do I still need the massage with the Turpentine-Camphor-Tallow? (A) This is well to keep for a while yet. It may be gradually gotten a little farther apart, in the applications; unless there is a greater disturbance in the blood pressure.
