This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 11th day of December, 1937, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [667], Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mrs. [667], Mrs. [1446] and sister.]

Time of Reading 11:40 to 11:45 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [667].

  2. As we find, there is much nearer to a normal reaction than we have ever had here before with this body.

  3. While the body may not disregard those precautions and those activities that have been indicated for the body, it is greatly improved - and must keep up the precautions as to prevent the return of the disturbing forces, or to prevent same from being exercised by the inclinations and weaknesses that have existed.

  4. It is well that the body keep those precautions as for the building properties for the digestive system, for the eliminations to keep those activities that have been given; but they may be GRADUALLY lessened. But this does not mean that the body may be become disregarding at all - as to diet or as to precautions or as to activities!

  5. But keep rather in the normal way, and we should find the greater and the nearer normal forces, keeping a balance.

  6. Ready for questions.

  7. (Q) What causes sickness in stomach? (A) The same old disturbances that have been indicated from the lack of the proper assimilation or of those activities in the assimilating system. Hence the necessities for keeping more REGULARLY the digestive or pre-digestive forces that have been indicated in the properties to be taken.

  8. (Q) What has caused the menstruation period to cease [since late Aug.]? [See 667-11, Par. R3, indicating she was 6 mos. pregnant.] (A) A nearer normal balance being created between the activities of the functionings of the system and the eliminating channels.

  9. (Q) Should the Milk of Bismuth be continued? (A) At times, but always - to be sure - with the Elixir of Lactated Pepsin.

Keep the mental balance; being constructive in the thinking as well as in the activities - for the better conditions.

  1. We are through with this Reading.
