This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 5th day of March, 1935, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [675], Associate member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.
[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno.]
Time of Reading 11:50 to 11:55 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, N.J. (Physical Suggestion)
-
EC: Yes, we have the body here, [675]; this we have had before. As we find, there are great improvements in the general physical forces of this body since last we had same here, and MUCH more than that when we first had same.
-
In those corrections that have been made along the cerebro- spinal system, where those impulses from the disturbed circulation have made for the conditions around the heart’s action, to be sure, these are MUCH improved. But as these were long standing, and a great deal of same has almost become a constitutional adjustment of the system to make for the activities under the strain, it will require that there be periods of a week or two weeks each month that the regular treatments would be adhered to.
-
As for the diet, that which has been later indicated in keeping those things that make for the lack of the thickening or the tendency to make for the heaviness in the blood supply, will continue to be found to be of the greater advantage for the body. Rather in the present we would beware of fried foods at any time; no great amount of seasoning or high seasoned foods at any time. Not great quantities of starches, hydrochlorics or the like. But when these ARE taken, DO NOT mix or combine a whole lot of different things at one meal. Make rather a meal of this or that or the other, but don’t take a lot of starches and then a lot of pastries and a lot of sweets on top of starches or on top of meats, see?
-
These rather adhered to, we will find the better conditions for this body.
-
Take the rubs occasionally, and we will find a better body.
-
(Q) What is the condition of my heart? (A) As indicated, much improved.
To be sure, take those precautions that are necessary. Don’t have violent exercises, too heavy a lifting, too great excitements; but NOMINALLY. Very good, or it’s on the improve continually.
-
(Q) Am I to take any medicines? (A) As we find, not unless some other conditions arise than in the present. Not necessary for any particular medicinal properties at this time.
-
We are through for the present.

DR. JOHN H. WATSON OSTEOPATHIC PHYSICIAN 510 SECOND AVENUE ASBURY PARK, N.J.
Mr. Edgar Cayce Virginia Beach, Va.
Dear Sir: -
I wish to report the excellent progress Mr. [675] has made within the past few months. The intestinal disturbance has cleared remarkably well and normal bowel evacuations have been established. The toxic condition of the body has been mostly relieved eliminating the neuritic tendencies resulting from those accumulated poisons.
The muscular tone and structure throughout the body have developed far more rapidly than I really anticipated. Mr. [675] is feeling and looking better than he has for some little time. His general physical condition is greatly improved.
I appreciate the case reports sent to me from time to time. I am very much interested in the work you are doing. I am so very sorry that I am unable to attend your Fourth Annual Congress. I certainly hope I shall have the pleasure of meeting you in the near future.
Sincerely, J. H. Watson, D.O.
