This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 30th day of January, 1925, in accordance with phone request made by [900].

Time of Reading 8:50 P. M. Dayton Time. New York City, New York.

1. GC: Now you will have before you the conversation which took place on January 30, 1925, between 3:30 and 4:30 P.M. New York Time, in the office of Wm. E. Lauer & Company, 74 Broadway, Room 401, New York City, New York, between Wm. E. Lauer, S. L. Wormser, [900] and [137]. You will give [900] and [137] advice and counsel as to how they should act in regards to this conversation.

2. EC: Yes, we have the conversation, the conditions as are considered in this conversation. Portions of this thought in this conversation we have had before, in conversation in same place and among same parties. Again projections of conditions as are to arise in the dreams as had and interpreted by the body, [900].

3. In this we find the change in conditions that are set, or contemplated, to take place in the firm or association in the early Spring, or in May, and those conditions as have been given have been in the formation for some weeks and months, and the recent change in the conditions that concern the associations were that these conditions might be approached as have been at this time. There will be other propositions from different individuals that will be considered by the remaining members of this association, and only the will of those at present concerned may be used to keep or dissolve this association that may be formed through this new combination. These again, as have been shown in manifestation and dream, and also have been given as [to] the counsel under such conditions through these channels.

4. As at the present, the counsel, the instruction, for [137] and [900], keep in that same manner and way in which the policy of the association has been directed, and there will be found that this association again may be made, or may be left, in a manner that will be well pleasing to all concerned in the future. There will open many channels between the present and May 1st, in which there will be offered to both individuals much that should be well considered before accepting or rejecting.

5. We are through for the present.
