This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 15th day of June, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [900].

Time of Reading 12:15 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. New York City. (Physical Suggestion)

1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [900] - this we have had before. In some respects there are bettered conditions than when we last had same. Not that the physical condition has improved in its relationship to the normal body, but the causes and the physical effects as have existed are on the improve as TO the character, the quantity, of the blood supply and its relationship to the ABILITIES OF same to replenish or supply. As has been given, the body MENTALLY has allowed worry, disorder, discord within self, to become such a ruling factor with same as to cause too much destruction of those cellular forces in blood supply. Hence causing in portions of the system the tendencies for the stopping of circulation, as in antrum and the soft tissue in face and head. While the lung condition shows improvements, as does the circulation in its relationships to betterment; the eliminations and coordination in elimination still need that of the accentuation; not in a manner as will DRAIN the system. While DRAINAGES must be set up, but not of a nature that hinders in the replenishing from the blood stream. Hence the character of laxatives; should be mindful that same are not irritating to the mucus membranes of the upper intestinal system, and that there is more of lacteals created in the system for proper assimilation and elimination.

2. Then, the body should take self in hand as to its own mental attitude. While the vibrations tend to keep for an equalization in system, strain in mental forces keep much unbalanced, and working against same.

3. Keep in the SUNLIGHT as much as possible.

4. Breathe in as much ozone and oxygen as is possible.

5. Keep much of the character of diet as has been outlined; that, that is red blood BUILDING, and that keeps an equalization in the plasms of the white blood supply, so that with the cleansing of tissue that becomes infected there is not the over-abundance of the white, or the leucocyte white, that CAUSES accumulation of scar tissue; but that make for the HEALTHY, the active forces in both the urea and gluco balanced well in system. Ready for questions.

6. (Q) Should the laxative that was given before be changed? (A) No; that’s a well balanced, well stimulating for the system. Just don’t so eat, or so act, as to make necessary those that are of a DRAINING on the system - see?
