This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Avenue, Dayton, Ohio, this 16th day of March, 1925, in accordance with request made by [900].

1. LS: You will give a reading correcting, elaborating, simplifying, or making such other changes as would be correct of publication, the manuscript as has been prepared by [900]. I will read the manuscript, page by page. I will state when I have finished with each page, at which time you will act upon suggestions given heretofore. Should the page end with an unbroken sentence, I will finish the sentence. When you have finished the same page, you will so state, at which time I read the next page.

2. EC: Now, as we have presented in this as read, where there comes the division, or the presentation of psychic force as presented through plant or vegetable life, this should be presented as the one purpose as is set. Where we have the entrance of the animal life the two purpose life. Where with the entrance of man the three purpose life. Where with the entrance into the spiritual the fourfold or purpose life. With this correction this would be very good, yet these corrections should enter in in their proper sphere.

3. (Q) What do you mean by entering in their proper sphere? (A) Where they enter. Plant life a one purpose, animal life a two purpose, man a three purpose, spiritual a four purpose.

4. (Q) Page 2. (A) In the projection of psychic force into the material forces, as we see is presented here, may be better explained with that as has been given. That is, with the plant the onefold life, with the animal the two, with man three, with the spiritual forces as presented; those become better understandable.

5. (Q) Page 2-A. (A) Now, as we have in the spirit forces, again we have this same projection which shows that which modifies the reproductive elements within the spiritual elements, for in each the greater force becomes the spiritual elements of its development. Hence the necessity of each living, as it were, upon the other.

6. (Q) Page 3. (A) Now, we find the premise as set forth in this to be not wholly correct; when judged or viewed from the correction as given this will become understandable, for there is the soul forces to animate and inanimate objects as is presented through that of the one, two, three and four purpose development in earth’s plane. When corrected to that premise, correct.

7. (Q) Page 4. (A) Very good when one correction is made in that the mind in the physical when taking on the spiritual forces, and the subconscious becomes the mind of the entity, then completed the fourfold to which the development has been. Rest is very good and correct in its expression.

8. (Q) Page 5. (A) Correct, only adding fearing to the sense of animal senses.

9. (Q) Page 6. (A) Mark out sleep walking, will leave it correct, for sleep walking we find partakes of the destructive forces as is created between the digestive system and hallucinations produced by an between the actions of other minds over the system. Not a portion of subconscious but a reaction against subconscious forces of a physical body.

10. (Q) Page 7. (A) We find no corrections in any way.

11. (Q) Page 8. (A) Only again in the soul development, wherein man takes on that from the creative forces as supplied by creator, do we find the fourfold life as is manifested in man. With this correction we stand approved.

12. We are through for the present.
