This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 16th day of August, 1928, in accordance with request made by her husband, Mr. [257].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here - this we have had before. Now, the general physical conditions are much in accord with developments for the physical forces of the body under the existent conditions. We find nothing AMISS in the physical forces. In the mental and conditions surrounding same there are some anxieties and worries. These have little to do with the physical condition, except the irritation as is produced for the body from the mental forces of same. Change these, or make different surroundings, would bring different conditions. Do that. Ready for questions.

2. (Q) Is the physical condition satisfactory to make the trip to Virginia Beach beginning Monday? (A) Very good.

3. (Q) Will it be best to take train or steamer? (A) Train most of the way. Steamer be taken from New York or such like.

4. (Q) What will prevent seasickness? (A) In the present conditions, that that would prevent the nausea as occurs from same would be detrimental to the physical conditions of the body. While we do not find the short trip - or New York to Norfolk, or Virginia Beach, would be an over or an excessive amount where the body would not be resting, see?

5. (Q) Give any further advice or counsel. (A) Take care of those conditions as have been outlined, being mindful of those of which the body has been warned, and we find the general development will be proper and in accord with existent forces.

6. (Q) Will the trip to Virginia Beach help this mental condition? (A) The change of surroundings, and changes about the Beach, would be much more satisfactory under existent forces.

7. That is all the questions.
