This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 10th day of March, 1936, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [920] through Active research Membership of her husband in the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. EC: Yes, we have had the body here before.

2. As we find, there are rather the acute conditions that arise from the nerve reactions; which come about - or have come about - by those activities of the body, the non-adherence to some of those suggestions that were made; the nausea, the activity - or lack of activity through the eliminations, those tendencies for the nerves to become involved in a neurotic disturbance through the eliminations.

3. In the present, as we find, these do:

4. First, we would bathe over the caecum and the colon area with a solution of Laudanum and Aconite; three parts Laudanum to one part Aconite; only sufficient to paint the body - which would be done about twice.

5. Then apply a saturated solution of Epsom Salts over same, in the form of hot packs.

6. When these are taken off, in thirty to forty minutes, apply the hot Castor Oil Packs over the same area.

7. Then, in three to four hours make the second application of the Aconite-Laudanum solution followed by the Epsom Salts Packs.

8. After these have been removed, then take a high enema or colonic with a saline in same; and use the Glyco-Thymoline as an antiseptic in the last water.

9. Remain quiet.

10. Take only fruit juices or vegetable juices, or the liquid diet.

11. Build the body up for resistances.

12. And it would be well that there be given s GENTLE massage osteopathically to relax the body.

13. Should there continue to be those tendencies for a temperature, it may be necessary for operative measures. But DO NOT proceed with operative forces until the blood supply has been replenished; else we would find these VERY detrimental.

14. Do these in the present.

THEN HAVE COLONIC USING SALINE SOLUTION AND GLYCO-THYMOLINE IN LAST WATER. DIET FRUIT AND VEGETABLE JUICES OR LIQUID ONLY. GIVE GENTLE OSTEOPATHIC MASSAGE FOR RELAXATION. FULL INFORMATION SPECIAL.
