This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 322 Grafton Ave., Dayton, Ohio, this 26th day of June, 1925, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [147].

Time of Reading 12:45 P. M. Dayton Savings Time. …, Ohio. (Check Physical Suggestion: You will answer the questions regarding this body that I will ask you. First, are the osteopathic treatments being accorded the body correctly?)

1. EC: The conditions existent in the physical vibrations and forces of the body at present indicate that the osteopathic treatments are being accorded in a proper manner. There are the necessities of the individual who gives these to give the impressions to the mind and mental forces of the entity, while these are being done, that the improvements necessary are occurring and concurring in the body, as the body responds to same. Through these adjustments we’ll find greater response to all those conditions as will be and are accorded the body through such treatments.

2. The same as we find in the vibrations as are being accorded from the electrical forces Wet Cell Appliance]. These have not been raised to the power necessary to give the high enough vibrations, and should be charged with this voltage again for at least thirty minutes more, using heavier poles than at present used for the reception and discharge of same.

3. As to the glasses as are now being used by the body, these we find gradually are bettered for the condition of the eye. While the condition at present gives some distress in far vision, in closer work these are being accorded properly. Well when outside, and when exercises of any character are being taken, it is well that these be removed from time to time, for this will rest the eyes and be good; that is, the change from close work which requires a great deal of mental attraction, for that accorded in the system to awaken the necessary vibrations and revibrations.

4. Follow out those instructions as have been given, and we will find greater improvement for this body, [147].

R1. 6/30/25 She wrote: “I took the battery back yesterday and had it recharged for 30 minutes longer, at the same voltage. Also the larger poles. Used it last night, so I am ready for your check. I do so hope it is correctly charged now.

“Doctor Farrand [Jacob H. Farrand, D.C.] told me they had been using a meter to test it ever since we got it in volts. But the electrician told me yesterday when I asked about it that they had never had a meter that would test any thing that registered as low as that — that they had been charging it 30 minutes each time and called it correct. It does seem so strange that they are unable to test a battery and have it the same twice.

“As this was supposed to be charged 30 minutes the first and a recharge of 30 minutes do you think it would be correct to charge it 60 minuted at the same voltage next time? If they had the time in minutes possibly they could get it correct. I do so want it correct and I DO NOT WANT TO BE CALLING ON YOU ALL THE TIME FOR ASSURANCE. As you say there is no use in using it if not correctly done.

“When you gave the Reading in Doctor Farrand’s office last July and said it should be high voltage and low amperage ‘till it tested 1 1/2 volts, Doctor Farrand said there would be no more trouble in getting it since it registered in volts. It seems he did not know or did not look after it as he should.

“I am glad I’ve changed to the osteopathic treatments. Think they’ll be more effective. I’ve had my third one - two a week. They are severe but do not care for that - results is what I want.

“My glasses still blur when I read my copy. Can’t read newspaper print scarcely at all.

“Again thanking every one of you and wishing for you every blessing, I am”

B1. 6/18/25 She obtained Ck. Physical Rdg. 147-21 giving further advice in re long standing deafness, total in left ear and increasing in right; also recent change in glasses for eyes and blurring, etc. Osteopathic treatments were advised, instead of chiropractic which she had been taking, also continued use of Wet Cell Appliance, etc.

B2. 6/23/25 She requested ck. rdg. to see if Wet Cell Appliance is recharged correctly (to be used first time tonight), and if the osteopath she went to yesterday is okay.
