GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for further corrective measures; answering the questions which have been submitted, as I ask them:

EC: Yes.

As we find, in some respects the body is more quiet. There is still not the full control of its OWN MENTAL self as well as the abilities for control of its emotional self.

The applications which have been recently made, in the use of forms of stimulation to the glandular forces, especially from the effects of iodine, are NOT bad.

If these were controlled by the stimulating of the centers that are a portion of the directing forces to not only the organs of the body but to all the impulses, then there might be expected to be brought better results. If allowed to go on without these, we may find the reactions not so well.

We would advise, then, as there is the inability for the suggestive therapeutics which have been indicated as being well, that there be kept so far as practical the present applications which have been made by one USING the iodine in the form as prepared there; PROVIDED there are the abilities of someone to stimulate the centers as indicated, - 9th dorsal, the 4th lumbar, 3rd and 4th dorsal and through the cervical, and then - of course - the solar plexus, as across the diaphragm area. Without these, disturbing forces may arise.

(Q) This stimulation should be done osteopathically? (A) This is BEST done either osteopathically or by one UNDERSTANDING, FROM the osteopath, how such stimulation makes for the better distribution of energies received in the body by stimulation of glandular force to the organs of the body.

(Q) Do you find any improvement? (A) As indicated, there’s a little more quietness. So far as control of the emotions or the mental self, not so much improvement.

(Q) Should we have Dr. Garrett resume his visits when he can? (A) As an observer; but if these are to be done - the treatments - through Romano [Mr. Jacques Romano], then do them there!
